Giving birth is not something that is done to you, rather, it is something that you do. Your certified doula will help you achieve your ideal birth and transformation into motherhood by coupling expertise with your core values. I am with you throughout your entire birth and recovery period.
Okay, the baby is here, but how is mom? Service includes at least one postpartum visit along with milestone checkups. What do you visualize for your in-person postpartum visit: a hot meal, a shower, a nap, or someone to match your socks?
