Virtual Doula

$500

  • 100% virtual support
  • Intake and unlimited virtual prenatal support
  • Guided prenatal, birth, and lactation fact sheets
  • Personalized birth plan
  • Virtual labor support by video, phone, or text (your preference)
  • 1 virtual postpartum follow up visit
  • Virtual lactation follow up and support

Lactation Support

may be broken down into fewer sessions ($50/hr in-home support)

In person lactation support

  • 6 in-person visits at client's discretion (avg 1 hour/session)
  • 24/7 virtual support

At each visit:

  • Observe feeds
  • Troubleshoot latch
  • Discuss bowel activity and diapering
  • Introduction to new nursing positions
  • Discuss nursing routine
  • Discuss concerns
  • Go over feeding log
  • Lactation packet
  • Breastmilk education
  • Assist with pumping
  • Assist with fitting/cleaning of pump parts
  • Discuss and assist milk storage
  • Discuss "normal" infant feeding and what to expect 
  • For older babies, tips for making baby food with breast milk

Postpartum

may be broken down into fewer sessions as needed

  • 6 2-hr visits
